About Château Vert

Château Vert — The Art of the Terroir

Welcome to Château Vert, your online artisan fine-food store based in Laval, Quebec. We are a house dedicated to the art of taste and the richness of terroirs from around the world — from Canada to North Africa, including the great gastronomic regions of France.

Our story

Château Vert was born from a deep passion for authentic products, those that tell a story, a place, a know-how. Founded in Laval, our house has set itself the mission of making exceptional products that you won't find in ordinary grocery stores accessible to Canadians.

Every product in our selection has been chosen with care: we visit the producers, taste their creations and only list what fully convinces us. Quality, authenticity and traceability are our non-negotiable criteria.

Our mission

To take you on a journey through the authentic flavours of the world, straight from your kitchen. Every product we offer tells a story — that of a passionate craftsperson, a unique terroir, a know-how passed down from generation to generation.

🇨🇦 Canadian terroir: artisan honeys, hot honey and local Quebec products
🇫🇷 French terroir: Edmond Fallot mustards from Burgundy, Maison Dessis truffles and truffle products from Périgord, artisan vinegars

Our exceptional partners

We work in direct partnership with recognized producers and craftspeople:

Maison Dessis (Périgord, France) — specialist in gourmet truffle products: fresh truffles, oils, salts, honeys and gift boxes
Argane Achifae (Morocco) — certified organic producer of culinary and cosmetic argan oil, and 100% pure prickly pear oil
