Founded in 1840 in Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy, Moutarderie Edmond Fallot is today one of the last independent artisan mustard makers in France. Passed down from generation to generation, it continues with constant dedication the ancestral art of stone-grinding — a rare technique that preserves all the aromas of the mustard seed.
